PRINT FROM YOUR PHONE

It is possible to print information from your android phone or tablet to a printer. Various applications are available for this to be done. I am currently using two of such applications. They are Cloud Print and PrinterShare. You can configure this applications to print to your printer using your Goolge account.

The first pre-requisite is your gmail account. If you have a gmail account then you are good to go. If you do not have a gmail account simply create one by going to gmail.com and sign up.

With the gmail account you can log in to Google Play Store with your device to download any of this applications mentioned above.

You will need to setup Google Cloud Printer. Search the net on how to go about this.

Make sure you have downloaded and installed Google Chrome Browser on your Desktop or Laptop. With it you will setup the Google Cloud Printer.

You also have to be on the net to do this.

Make sure the printer is connected to the machine you wish to have your Cloud printer setup on.

You may now go to your mobile device and connect to your Google cloud printer. Any time you print from your Android device it is sent to the printer provided the printer is on and the system is connected to the net.

Restore Nokia C5 to factory state

Nokia C5 belongs to the s60 family of Nokia symbian phones. A friend came lamenting to me about the phone. It should be the C5-00 variant. The phone could not do anything because it has run completely out of memory. Not even calls could be made with the phone. The popular reset code *#7370# could not resolve the problem.
