Windows 7 Firewall
I could not gain access to one of the computers on my network today. I have tried several options so that I could gain access but to no avail. The last thing I did was to tinker with the firewall. See below for the steps: 1. Open Control Panel 2. Go to System Security 3. Click Windows Firewall 4. Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off 5. Select Turn off Windows Firewall 6. Click OK. If the above does not resolve your problem, then check your Antivirus and turn off it's firewall. Hope this helps. Leave a comment if you can.
